Cascara has proven to be a very versatile product, and has already found it’s way into a wide range of products in the food and beverage industry. The unique flavor of Cascara, which I would describe as reminiscent of something as familiar as a cherry, except slightly more exotic, has made it a useful infusion in a lot of mixed beverages. It’s sweet, but not too sweet, and it even contains a moderate amount of caffeine.
Below is an ever-growing list of the products I’ve come across. If you have any more suggestions, Tweet them to us @cascarablog.
